• Operational and automation data processed using n8n workflows.

2. Third‑Party Services: Twilio and Meta

• While awaiting official Meta approval for WhatsApp Business API, we temporarily use Twilio to securely transmit messages.
• Twilio processes only the data required for message routing.
• Once Meta approval is granted, the service will migrate to the official infrastructure.

3. How We Use Your Data

We use your data only for:

• Generating and managing reminders.
• Processing voice and text inputs through AI.
• Syncing events with connected calendars.
• Running automated workflows via n8n.

4. No Sale or Sharing of Data

• We do not sell personal data.
• We do not use data for advertising.
• Third‑party providers process only what is strictly necessary.

• Access is restricted to essential operational staff.
